Bilbali: The second largest of the Estalian cities, Bilbali is located in the north of the country, a hundred or so miles east of Zaragoz and north of the Irrana Mountains. Bilbali is the only port on the northern coast of Estalia, as the surorunding cliffs are inhospitable to both shipping and people. At Bilbali there is a natural bay created by the steep crags, affording protection from the vicious seas.
Bilbali's most obvious feature is set atop a bronze tower built on an island within the bay. This is the Bilbali Bell; whose tolling can be heard out o nthe Great Western Ocean. Mariners saling the Estalian coast listen for the bell in foul weather and many a captain has chosen safe port and a mug of mulled Estalian wine over weathering a storm.
